The SLRC-10 is an optional add on to the SL-2010C SpectraLock system. It is used for the following.

• Chip Drops
• Open/Close Source Shutters
• Command up to 2 Oxygen Bleed settings
• Control up to 2 XYC-10/20 Sweep Controllers
• Control up to 2 Evaporative Sources without a crystal monitor
• Use a Handheld Remote for conditioning materials
